You may need to try troubleshooting the following if your not getting into the service...
It may require you to do this process a couple of times to get it to connect as your device must be reading that old data still
>Clear Cache and Data from the app by going into the Device settings and finding the Tivimate or Hyve app and clearing cache and data and force close the app.
>Once you have cleared the Cache and data then uninstall the app.
>Once restarted then go to Filelinked code : 36303987 and download the app again.
>Enter your login info in the app and it should let you in.
