If your service is not working please try restarting your router, modem, and firestick to see if that gets you connected.
If for some reason you are not getting into the app please follow the steps below...
**Follow these steps EXACTLY as below to get your service restored by doing a fresh app install...**
1. Clear Cache and Data from the app by going into the device settings and finding the Hyve app and clearing cache and data and force close the app.
2. Once you have cleared the Cache and data then uninstall the app.
3. Then restart your router, modem, and Firestick.
4. Once restarted then go to Filelinked code : 36303987 and download the app again.
5. Enter your login info in the app and it should let you in.
6. If you are using an app with a server URL try this: http://dsud.site:8080
