SERVICE IS ONLINE!

IF YOUR SERVICE IS NOT WORKING SEE BELOW...    

    HAVE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD READY TO RE ENTER IN THE APP

1. Restart your Router, Modem and Firestick to bring in a new connection and see if that worked  - If not see below....

2. Clear Cache and Data from the app by going into the Device settings and finding the Hyve app and clearing cache and data.

3. Go back into the app and try logging back in (if you see a "Refresh DNS" box please push that prior to logging in).

That should get you in...

if not see below... 

4. Once you have cleared the Cache and data then uninstall the app.

5. Then restart your router, modem, and firestick again.

6. Once restarted then go to Filelinked code : 36303987 and download the app again.

7. Enter your login info in the app and it should let you in.

 

**It may require you to do this process a couple of times to get it to connect as your device may be reading that old data still**
